The location is lovely, just off the Santa Maria Νovella church, which means near the tourist office, the busses, train station SMN, taxi station and walking distance towards all that is important to see in Tuscany capital and the main shops and the center of Florence, we loved it. Helpful and very very nice staff, they know their business.

The hotel was a good choice for enjoying a lovely area, short walk to the Santa Maria Νovella church, which means near the tourist office, the busses, train station SMN, taxi station and walking distance towards all that is important to see in Tuscany capital, the main sights of Florence and the Santa Maria Novella. It had great food, really kind and helpful staff🙂😀

The location of the hotel was great, very convenient to reach from the train station. The host was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They helped us with special requests and even provided vouchers for breakfast at a nearby café. The room was clean, modern, and had a comfortable bed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming, a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring.
That the hotel had steep stairs and no elevator. This might be difficult for guests with limited mobility.
